Office Manager:
The office manager serves as the first impression of the station. As such, the individual will need to possess strong people and customer service skills. This position requires the individual to possess and ability to handle various administrative tasks with a strong attention to detail.
The office manager must possess an ability to operate normal office programs and to learn computer programs essential to the programming and billing for the station. This person must be honest and trustworthy, respectful, have a strong work ethic and support the values of the station.
1. Answering telephone/taking messages
2. Scheduling/creating logs in Natural Log
3. Maintaining/updating website
4. Processing underwriting orders and payments
5. Producing daily, weekly, and monthly reports
6. Billing
7. Create monthly online newsletter
8. Recruit and train volunteers
9. Input donor data and maintain accurate donor information.
10. Provide excellent customer service
11. Various office functions (ie. Filing, maintaining records, etc)
12. Participate in training and maintaining corporate objectives
13. Other tasks as assigned by management.
